About Apex Designers

Apex Designers is a US-based small business operating as an independent web, automation, AI, and SEO agency.

Services

We provide website design, automation, AI integration, and SEO services on a project basis under separate signed agreements. The marketing site itself is informational — it isn't an offer to contract, and using it doesn't create a client relationship.

Lead-capture forms

Submitting any form on this site (audit, discovery quiz, newsletter, etc.) is a request for a conversation, not a contractual obligation on either side. We may decline projects at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The site copy, design, and code are © 2026 Apex Designers. The concept-project mockups shown in the work section are sample work created by us for demonstration purposes.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
