Who we are

Apex Designers is a US-based independent web design, automation, AI, and SEO agency. You can reach us any time at contact@apexdesigners.us.

What we collect

• Audit form: your name, email, website URL, and the focus area you select.
• Discovery quiz: the email you give us, along with the answers you selected during the quiz.
• Newsletter and workshop signups: just your email.
• Discovery portal (clients only): your name, email, and the answers you provide about your business.
• Analytics: page-view and referrer information via Cloudflare Web Analytics — no cookies are set and no individual user tracking happens.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, send you the audit or report you requested, share newsletter or workshop announcements when you've signed up, and carry out work for clients we engage with. We don't use it for anything else.

Who we share with

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the site: Resend for email delivery, Cloudflare for analytics and DNS, and Railway for hosting and PostgreSQL. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone, ever.

Data retention

Leads are kept indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them. Discovery briefs are kept for the life of the client relationship. Magic-link sign-in tokens are deleted 7 days after they expire.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@apexdesigners.us. We honor GDPR and CCPA requests.

Cookies

We use only two kinds of cookies: a theme-preference cookie set when you toggle light/dark mode, and a session cookie for authenticated discovery-portal clients. We do not use any third-party tracking cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at minors under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes we'll update the effective date above and notify our email subscribers.
